In the last year Microsoft has been really
busy. Not only did Microsoft launch a dramatically reinvented Windows 8, but they also designed and marketed their own tablets. I think it is a
natural and forward movement for the company. Windows Surface is a 10.6”, 900 gram tablet. It has all the necessary features that we
have come to expect from tablets in the current market from micro memory cards
to front/rear cameras with a microphone, multi-touch display and more.
The things that make the Windows Surface
stand out well from the crowd is, it is designed by Microsoft. It will
integrate with a computer easier with things like SkyDrive access. The tablet
has a micro-HDMI port so one can plug it into a bigger screen if need be. With
4GB of ram, the Windows Surface is more than enough to multi task where one can
shift from a movie to an excel spreadsheet seamlessly.

The Windows Surface has made a great step forward with merging a tablet and a laptop. Have you had a chance to play around with the Surface? What do you think? Comment below.
